All requests to return items must be made in writing first. Goods correctly supplied may not be returned without the Company’s agreement.

You can return items within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund (excluding any carriage charges), subject to the items being unused, still in the original packaging, not special ordered and in saleable condition. We are unable to arrange collections so you will be responsible to return the goods, in a saleable condition, to the address we provide you at your own cost.

Please contact us first to arrange any return. We will also require a copy of the packing note stating the Company’s Delivery Note number and date thereof together with the reason for return. Any article which has been supplied to special requirements cannot be accepted for credit under any circumstances, and in other instances, a restocking charge may be imposed.

As soon as the items have been returned, checked back into our warehouse and confirmed that the goods returned are in a saleable condition, we will arrange for a refund back to the original credit/debit card that you used for your purchase, less any restocking charge that may be applicable.
